Directions From
Dulles
Exit Airport East on the Dulles access
road. Travel 10 mi or so until you see the sign to 495/Beltway.
Take 495 North/East Rockville or Silver Spring it’s the
one to the left when you are on the exit ramp. (You may
also see signs to 95 North) Stay on 495 for approx 20 miles
(do not take 70/270 Rockville at the split-stay right and
you will be fine) until you reach 95 North (around College
Park). Follow 95 N about 7 exits and 20 miles to Columbia.
Exit 95 N when you see the sign MD Rt. 32 West Columbia.
Get on MD Rt. 32 W to Columbia. Stay on 32 W to Broken Land
Pkwy. It is the first exit on 32 W. When you exit onto Broken
land Pkwy if you stay to the Right/North you will curve
around onto Broken Land Pkwy and will fast approach Snowden
River Pkwy where all you need to do is stay in that lane
to turn Right onto Snowden River Pkwy. Follow to the second
traffic light and make a Right turn onto Berger Rd. Follow
to the first street Gerwig Lane and make a Right turn. Follow
to the end and into the Broken Land Business Park and go
straight to end and make a Right turn and come to the end.
This will bring you to 9693 Gerwig Lane Units A/B Columbia
MD, 21046. The sign on the building is First Savings Bank
Merchant Division. Total driving time 50 minutes + or -.

Directions from Baltimore
Washington International
Exit airport and follow sign for
195 / I-95. You only need to drive straight as 195 begins
at the airport. Stay on 195 for 4 or 5 miles until your
reach I-95. Take I-95 South. Stay on I-95 South until you
reach MD Rt. 32 West (about 5 exits). Get on MD Rt. 32 W
to Columbia. Stay on 32 W to Broken Land Pkwy. It is the
first exit on 32 W. When you exit onto Broken land Pkwy
if you stay to the Right/North you will curve around onto
Broken Land Pkwy and will fast approach Snowden River Pkwy
where all you need to do is stay in that lane to turn Right
onto Snowden River Pkwy. Follow to the second traffic light
and make a Right turn onto Berger Rd. Follow to the first
street Gerwig Lane and make a Right turn. Follow to the
end and into the Broken Land Business Park and go straight
to end and make a Right turn and come to the end. This will
bring you to 9693 Gerwig Lane Units A/B Columbia MD, 21046.

Directions From Reagan
National
Exit Airport and go North and the
first exit is 395 N follow 395 N for about 5 miles thru
DC. After you pass the Jefferson Memorial stay Left on the
four lane hwy and look for sign Pennsylvania Ave. you will
dead end at Pennsylvania Ave. DO NOT EXIT 4 LANE HWY ON
395 SIGN TO RIGHT. Once you merge on PA Ave. get left and
the first traffic light is Balt/Wash Pkwy. 295 Make a left
onto B/W Pkwy 295 North and stay on that until you see 495
West/95 North (Silver Spring or College Park). Exit 495W/95N
and travel about 2 exits until you see sign for split of
495 West and 95 North. Stay to the right and you will merge
onto 95 N. Follow 95 N about 5 exits and 15 miles to Columbia.
Exit 95 N when you see the sign MD Rt. 32 West Columbia.
Get on MD Rt. 32 W to Columbia. Stay on 32 W to Broken Land
Pkwy. It is the first exit on 32 W. When you exit onto Broken
land Pkwy if you stay to the Right/North you will curve
around onto Broken Land Pkwy and will fast approach Snowden
River Pkwy where all you need to do is stay in that lane
to turn Right onto Snowden River Pkwy. Follow to the second
traffic light and make a Right turn onto Berger Rd. Follow
to the first street Gerwig Lane and make a Right turn. Follow
to the end and into the Broken Land Business Park and go
straight to end and make a Right turn and come to the end.
